How it started

In 2020, grounded during the pandemic lockdown in Trinidad & Tobago — studies ongoing, family to support, and facing rejection after rejection in her job search — Chantae' took a leap when a friend couldn't afford to have a website built. She had studied web development but never run a full project solo. She took the challenge anyway.

The result, DirtKingztt.com, was her first solo e-commerce build, delivered in a month with full store functionality. Word spread fast. Soon businesses were reaching out for social media, inventory, customer-service systems, and software — and with every project she sharpened her knack for turning a client's real problems into practical solutions.

A gap worth closing

Along the way she noticed a pattern: small and new businesses lacked access to the simple tools — CRM, email management, ticketing — that could make them more efficient and profitable, while the providers who offered them priced them out of reach. That gap between need and access became B2a: affordable, high-impact solutions for businesses ready to scale.

Today B2a spans IT project management, web development, and digital consulting, with deep strength in CRM setup and workflow design — helping clients optimize operations and grow with confidence in a digital-first world.
